PLA (Polylactide)

An eco-friendly, starch-based polymer mainly used for FFF/FDM technology in the form of filament. It is the easiest to process among all FFF/FDM materials. It has high strength, but is brittle and has low thermal resistance.

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate + Glycol)

A polymer mainly used for FFF/FDM technology in the form of filament. It is easy to print and has higher impact and thermal resistance than PLA. We also offer a variant with added carbon, which gives the material increased stiffness and a unique matte finish.

ULTEM 1010 (Polyetherimide)

A high-tech, high-end material for 3D printing in filament form. It provides excellent properties in almost all respects and is designed for extreme conditionsโ€”with high short-term and long-term thermal loads, extreme chemical exposure, or mechanical stress. The disadvantage is a much higher price and longer delivery times compared to most plastic filaments.

Ultem 1010 โ€“ mainly suitable for the automotive and aerospace industries. Due to its "food safe" certification, it is also suitable for the medical and food industries. Color: semi-transparent brown.

TPU 95A (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

This is a hard rubber with a hardness of 95A, making it a semi-flexible material. With 3D printing, the same part can be made from TPU 95A as either flexible or rigid, simply by changing the wall thickness and internal infill ratio. The material is extremely tough and stretches under load without tearing. It is therefore suitable even for extreme conditions where mechanical resistance or flexibility is required.

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

A polymer mainly used for FFF/FDM technology in filament form. It has high thermal and impact resistance. However, basic ABS has high shrinkage, so parts tend to warp and detach from the print bed. Improved versions, such as ABS-X and ABS-T, offer reduced shrinkage.

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate)

A polymer mainly used for FFF/FDM technology in filament form. It is classified as an engineering plastic. ASA 275 is a chemically modified version that allows for higher dimensional stability during printing. This material is highly UV resistant, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Nylon (Polyamide)

A high-tech thermoplastic characterized by high abrasion resistance, thermal resistance, and mechanical properties. However, it is challenging to process. We also offer a variant with added carbon, which increases stiffness and gives the material a unique matte finish. The latest version is a modern chemical blend, a so-called nylon 6 and 6/6 copolymer, developed for minimal dimensional change. It is therefore suitable for producing larger technical parts.

Polycarbonate

PC FR is a high-performance polycarbonate developed for demanding applications requiring excellent flame resistance, impact resistance, and thermal stability. It is suitable for professional applications, including industrial components, protective covers, and high-temperature environments in industries such as automotive and electronics. It meets the UL 94-2023 V-0 flammability standard.

Carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide

Materials for CFF Composite Technology

CFF (manufacturer Markforged)

The first technology for 3D printing composites on the market. For internal reinforcement, it uses thin continuous glass, carbon, or Kevlar fibers.
