Reverse Engineering

To create an exact digital copy, we use 3D scanners and manual model editing based on measurements. In this way, we can convert a 3D surface scan into an accurate volumetric reconstruction, suitable for creating technical drawings.

The advantage is the relatively high speed of the entire process. For parts with simpler shapes, it is possible to expressly process models or even drawings within 24 hours. For parts with more complex shapes and larger dimensions, the processing process can take several working days.

In practice, we encounter cases where the original component is undersized in certain places and we can easily amplify this when we have a 3D model. This means that the new part will perform its function better than the original.

3D scanning

Thanks to 3D scanning, industrial CT and reverse engineering, we transfer the physical part into 3D geometry. We help companies with small and one-off projects to repeated and long-term complex development projects.
