Reverse Engineering
To create an exact digital copy, we use 3D scanners and manual model editing based on measurements. In this way, we can convert a 3D surface scan into an accurate volumetric reconstruction, suitable for creating technical drawings.
The advantage is the relatively high speed of the entire process. For parts with simpler shapes, it is possible to expressly process models or even drawings within 24 hours. For parts with more complex shapes and larger dimensions, the processing process can take several working days.
In practice, we encounter cases where the original component is undersized in certain places and we can easily amplify this when we have a 3D model. This means that the new part will perform its function better than the original.
3D scanning
Thanks to 3D scanning, industrial CT and reverse engineering, we transfer the physical part into 3D geometry. We help companies with small and one-off projects to repeated and long-term complex development projects.

We deliver scans in many formats, both volumetric STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, Parasolid, and planar ones such as STL and OBJ.

Lightening and consolidation of parts and assemblies
In addition to the development and modeling of parts, we also provide professional lightening of parts and assemblies and combining assemblies into smaller units.
These are advanced calculation methods called Generative design and Topological optimization, with which we can achieve the ideal shape of the body (given the specified conditions - material, load, part mounting, etc.), with such speed and accuracy that no designer or even entire development teams can achieve.
