Materials for Sinterite (SLS)

Nylon PA12 (Polyamide PA12)

A universal thermoplastic suitable for most functional and technical applications. It has balanced mechanical properties, high thermal resistance (up to 175 °C), and chemical resistance. This material, labeled "Industrial," is especially suitable for industrial use due to its high surface quality, precision, and relatively low production cost. Short delivery times for SLS (in some cases even within 24 hours) also make it the most widely used material.

Materials for Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Nylon PA12 (Polyamide PA12)

Similar to Nylon PA12 for SLS technology, this material is also universal with comparable properties. The main difference is in the productivity for large batch production, where MJF is more suitable. It is also appropriate for parts exceeding the maximum length dimension of 350 mm.

Nylon PA12 + 40% Glass Particles

Nylon PA12 with up to 40% glass particle content has higher stiffness and thermal resistance than its pure variant. In practice, however, its use is limited due to higher cost and longer delivery times.

Nylon PA11 (Polyamide PA11)

A tougher and more flexible variant of Nylon PA12. However, in practice, it has limited use due to higher cost and longer delivery times.

TPU 95A Rubber

Rubber material with a hardness of 95A. It allows the production of flexible and very tough parts with complex geometry. However, compared to the most common PA12, the price is higher and delivery times are longer.
