Functional water turbine
The project consists of 3 pieces which we designed to fit exact client needs.
Due to laminar flow around the turbine blades, we choosed DLP 3D printing technology. That is why we were able to achieve extremely smooth surface, high precision and 100% water-tightness.
It is one of many projects which proofs that 3D printing is suitable for manufacturing functional and final parts.
Besides that the parts meet mechanical and dimensional meets, the production with 3D printing is more economical.
Manufacturing of the assembly was carried out in several pieces, while 1 assembly measuring Φ80 x 120 mm was produced under 24 hours.
