We would like to share a prototype project of a car interior door handle, which demonstrates the use of two different additive manufacturing technologies.
➔ The first technology is powder-based 3D printing—Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) of polymer parts from PA12.
➔ The second is metal 3D printing—DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering), which enables the creation of complex metal parts additively with minimal manufacturing limitations.
By combining these two technologies, it is possible to produce assemblies without the need for molds or special tools. All you need is a 3D printer with the appropriate material.
If you have any questions or a specific project, we will be happy if you contact us—we are ready to advise you.
