Advantages: Low cost, versatility. Suitable for printing large-scale prototypes, functional parts, or presentation models.

Disadvantages: Lower strength in the direction of the layers and varying surface texture depending on the part orientation.

Advantages: Higher accuracy and strength, high design freedom.

Disadvantages: Less abrasion-resistant and absorbent surface (if not chemically smoothed).

Thermosets manufactured using resin curing technology.

Advantages: High surface quality and large build volume (up to 800 mm).

Disadvantages: Higher brittleness and low resistance to UV light.

Advantages: High productivity, lower cost.

Disadvantages: Low printing accuracy, higher porosity. Suitable for less precise parts or for producing semi-finished products. Properties comparable to powder metallurgy.

Manufacturability assessment and quotation begin upon receiving a 3D model in STEP, STP, STL, OBJ, or 3MF format. If you don’t have your own 3D model, we can help create one based on your specifications by sending us a photo, drawing, or sketch.
